Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept returns or exchanges on full-priced items within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received, with original packaging.

All sale, discounted, or promotional items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our customer service to obtain the correct return address before sending your item back.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to customer reasons (e.g. change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

退换货政策

取消订单
在商品发货前可申请取消订单,取消成功后将全额退款。订单一旦发货,将无法取消。

退换货
全款商品自收货之日起14天内可申请退换货。商品需保持未使用、未穿戴状态,并保留原包装。

所有打折商品、促销商品均为最终销售,不支持退换。

申请退货时需提供订单凭证。退货前请先联系客服获取正确的退货地址。

退货运费
因个人原因(如不喜欢、不合适等)产生的退货,运费需由客户承担;如因商品质量问题、损坏或发错商品,则由我们承担运费。

退款
收到退货并检查无误后,我们会通知您退款审核结果。如审核通过,退款将在数个工作日内原路退回。

退款延迟
